To Any of My Fellow College Students….

I know final exams are fast approaching and I just wanted to wish you all good luck on them! I know it’s definitely a stressful time, so make sure you don’t overdo it on the studying.

If you’re feeling like your brain’s turning to mush, put the pencil down and take a break. Even if it’s just 10 or 15 minutes. You’ll feel so much clearer when you go back to studying or writing those papers.

Stay hydrated also!! This is so important. Nothing’s worse than sitting down to study and realizing you’re super thirsty. Keep a water bottle and some quick snacks close.

Make sure to get some rest too! Going in to take your final exams of the semester is really difficult when you’ve gotten almost zero sleep the night before. (Trust me. I’ve accidentally slept through one before.) When your body’s rested and energized, you’ll be amazed at how much more focused your mind will be during your test!

Above all, stay positive! I know it may seem like a huge deal sometimes, but make sure you don’t overwork yourself! Nothing’s ever as bad as it seems and it’s important to stay positive! Even after you take that test! Be confident in yourself and know that no matter what, you did your best and that’s all anyone can ask of you!

Anyway, good luck, dolls! Keep up the hard work, summer’s just around the corner!
